Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or any hazardous driving situations. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used beyond its intended design, exceed passenger or weight limits, or be driven outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Stanford-le-Hope will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid for your rental within the last 12 months.
